Add option to disable icon overlays in Windows Explorer

The stupid thing is that we're not even asking them to remove the overlay feature - just to make it user-selectable. It can't possibly be more than a few hours work.

    There's and even more stupid thing... I'll be looking for an open source or free sync client alternative. Bye Dropbox!
