Hey BillGr, can you please send us a screenshot of what you see when you tap on this note icon?

 

It sounds like it's the comment icon, showing you the comments made on the file by you or other users accessing this file, could that be the case?

It is indeed a note icon. When i tap it brings up an interactable note. These show up everywhere i create a measurement in Revu Bluebeam.
