Can I install and sync content from my PC to my mobile?

Hi. Is this posible, to instal and sync data from pc to mobile phone, if i dont have dropbox there, but maybe i can install it from pc? Thank you.

Thank you for answering so fast. But, i forgot to mention that i dont have an access to phone, because i locked it wheb i had a breakdown, and i forgot my password. I just wanted to take out my photos, there are very important pics to me, my friend who is sick of cancer and in terminal phase, i dont know how to access to galler. Please, help me. I tried it in so many ways, but nothings work. If you have some ideas, pleeeease write me on my e mail :  [removed per the Community's Guidelines]
