Question or Issue
Hello,
I recently changed my business teams Dropbox account to a personal account. Since doing that, an error message keeps popping up on my computer. The error says,
Dropbox
Can't sync Dropbox account
Your account stopped syncing during an update because some files are being used by other applications:
C:NUsers\ Marketing\sbirconstruction Dropbox
Close all open files and applications and select Try Again to sync your files.
You can quit Dropbox to close this dialog, but you must open the Dropbox app again to sync your files.
Try Again
How do I fix this and why is it popping up?

Hey cassidyfalk - sorry to hear about this.
In this case, you'll need to perform an advanced reinstall.
Let me know how it goes!
