"Couldn't complete setup" error message when setting up Dropbox Backup
If I click "try again" it just continues to give me the same error. The previous screen was this:
If I click "not right now," it just sends me to my Dropbox folder on my computer.

3 years agoThanks for checking this, Sergio.
Can you try to see if you can enable it from our website instead, to see if that works?

When I click on that link all I see is a graphic and a message that says: "All your files. Automatically backed up.
Never lose track of your files or folders again. Or forget to pull them into Dropbox. Dropbox Backup does it automatically." I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do from there.

Hi Sergiolopezfineart, could you send me a couple of screenshots of what you see when you click on the page Hannah gave you?
I'd also appreciate some screenshots of the Desktop folder's properties, in order for me to have a look.
