Desktop app can't connect to account via the browser connection

I open the desktop app, press the button that sends me to the web browser to connect with my account, it appears that i m logged but it always fails to connect. It appears (in spanish) "The previous session was interrupted. Try again". I reinstalled the app, changed web browser, turned my firewall off but nothing changes

    Hi Gianpc, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    Do you have any proxy, VPN, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

    What version of the Dropbox desktop application are you running, and what OS do you currently have?

    This will help me to assist further!
