Does Screen Recording capture audio of a video playing?

Io dovrei registrare delle videoconferenze con Dropbox Capture, unico problema non so come fare a registrare audio e video senza che pero si senta anche audio del mac. 

Mi spiego meglio, vorrei registrare audio e video del del mac ma non voglio che si senta la mia voce ad esempio se io parlo, ho provato a disattivare microfono, ma se faccio cosi, mi esclude anche l'audio della conferenza
