Odd to see that you experienced the same thing after uninstalling the mobile app.
In this case, can I reach out to you via email in order for us to have a look at this internally?
Cheers!

Hey everyone!
There has been a recent update to the Dropbox app that may fix this issue.
So, please make sure you try to:
- Clear the cache of the Dropbox app from your device Settings. (Settings app>App & Notifications>Apps>Dropbox>On the Dropbox App Info, Tap on "Storage">On the Cache section press "Clear Cache")
- Uninstall Dropbox, turn off your device and then on (do not restart) and reinstall it.

Tried that, still getting the same result
- BTECSM4 years agoExplorer | Level 4Did tried all steps described above, no fix.
Did uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and then it worked until I logged in...
Please fix that ASAP, I am a paying user and Dropbox is not useable since almost a MONTH!- 79schultz4 years agoHelpful | Level 6I followed the instructions, (cleared cache>uninstalled>turned phone off>left it off for several minutes>reinstalled). The first time I opened it after reinstalling I got to the sign-in screen but as soon as I entered my credentials and clicked login, it crashed. Now it continues crashing.

I've tried this suggestion and like other users, I was able to open the app but it crashed after I signed in. Hoping for a resolution to the issue as soon as possible!
