Dropbox for MacOS is now ready
I've got Dropbox installed on an M1 MacBook. After upgrading to Ventura 13.0 it brings up a notification. If I click on "Get started" and go through all the steps in the process it appears to work, but the notification never goes away, and doesn't have any method to manually remove it. I've tried restarting the Dropbox app, and restarting the whole computer. Neither make the notification go away.

Hey CiaoPunto & leonchu886, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please confirm that you've granted Dropbox full disk access as outlined here and that you've already rebooted your computer?

Hi Walter,
Yes, I've turned on Full Disk Access and reboot. Still keeps coming back.
What does it need Full Disk Access btw?Leon

This problem suddenly popped up for me as well this week. I tried restarting dropbox, restarting my MacBook and reinstalling Dropbox completely. Problem persists. Could you please help me fix this?

Yeah, mine has not gone away. Weird that they don't seem to be attempting to address it. Not the biggest problem, but not crazy about seeing a warning there all the time and that message.

I'm not finding any solution by looking up @PaulHarder2. Finding it just takes me back here.

Further to this i see the usual Green ticks vanishes and so does the Blue sync buttons vanishes in the new setup
Whenever a file is updated in the folder i see a cloud icon on the folder only when i click the cloud icon vanishes indicating the folder is updated. Does this mean that auto sync has stopped in drop box?

To repeat what I said earlier, my Dropbox got fixed by first installing the latest stable version, then clicking on the notification again and following the prompts. I am now on v166.4.2920, the notification is no longer presenting itself, and my Mac Finder now has a new Dropbox entry in the Locations section of the left-hand sidebar. It worked.
