"Dropbox is experiencing some issues" error on the desktop app
My dropbox shows this error while it says sync is completed and all files have green ticks. What should I do to check where the error comes from and fix it now? Anyone with experience please help me. Thanks. (i tried reinstalling dropbox but it didn't work. the version i'm using is the latest.)

Hey SUKAVINA, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you using a Windows or Mac computer? And which OS version?
Do you currently have all your files set to "available offline" (green check marks)? Or do you have some that are "online-only" as well (gray cloud icons)?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

I also got this message. But all of my selected folders that sync are set to be available offline, and show green ticks.

Hi Nalk2017DB! Hope you’re doing well.
Can you also send me the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app? I’d also like to know your computer’s OS version.
Is it possible that you have subfolders within your local Dropbox folder that are set to be online-only?
Let me know.

It seems to have resolved itself somehow. Thank you.
