Dropbox must not add an entry to the Windows start menu without asking the user.
Good software (like "filemenu tools" or "mp3tag") remember that the user doesn't want a start menu entry or a desktop icon.
Thus, they do not add any shortcut without asking the user.
Dropbox adds an entry to my start menu with every update without notice, though.
This is developer arrogance.
