Dropbox Photos tab loads forever on the site or mobile app

When I attempt to view the Photos tab in either the Dropbox app, or on Dropbox web, it loads indefinitely. The loading bar cycles through its usual loading messages until it says “Almost there …” the...

Hi Yaffy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

 

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
