Dropbox S is activated when Valorant is active
When I lunch Valorant or during the game Dropbox mode S the type already installed in Win10 appeared in task manager. I try to understand which situation made this. Valorant's (useless) support give me a very worst solution. I just try here to understand what kind of call Valorant make to activate Dropbox in background.

Hey dodisnake, just to clarify, are you only seeing the Dropbox for S mode app running in the background in your task manager?
Or does the app also open on your screen, while you're in the game?
If you haven't done so already, can you restart your computer, to see if that helps?
In the screenshot you see the windows bar where you find program active date and time. You see Dropbox windows active? I say it was running in background.

Okay, so the Dropbox app runs in the background. Does it pop up during the game itself, or affect anything else?
It would be normal for the app to have services running in the background while using other apps.
Well every time I start Valorant appeared in background. Not show other part. The effect its only in the game because, Valorant, its not optimized and I had a "potato pc". Put a little slow in the game if I not turn off. I don't wat to put a guilt on dropbox because serve me good. I put a guilt on Valorant because it create a call for Dropbox. Sometimes other microsoft control software is in background when Valorant running.

Hi dodisnake, would it be possible to submit a screenshot of the shortcut tied to your Valorant executable? You can reach this by right-clicking the Valorant exe on your desktop, selecting properties and navigating to the Shortcut tab. It's possible that your Valorant .exe is somehow tied to Dropbox.
In this point theres nothing can tied up Dropbox app the link is ""E:\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe" --launch-product=valorant --launch-patchline=live". Just like I already sad its something happen when Valorant start. Make a strange call can activate Dropbox nothing less.
