I'm entering my email and password manually.
I'm sorry to have wasted everyone's time, as it turns out it was a problem with my password program. I fixed it and can login.

Just tried, same message, "sign in failed. The provided user information is invalid."

2 years agoHey Rob S.47 - could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, what is the exact OS version of your iPad? Have you made sure that you're not hitting your account's device limit if you're on the Basic plan?

Hey Rob S.47, are you trying to sign in manually with your Dropbox email and password, or are you signing in with Google/Apple?
If you open a browser and go to dropbox.com, are you able to sign in the same way?
