Hi there, Thanks for response. I had already tried troubleshooting by using another browser (Chrome). same issue. I'll try clearing cache and use an incognito window now.

What's interesting: this is the same issue a user described a month ago...only now more widespread. It's crazy to me that a company with upwards of 5k employees can have such a degraded performance for this length of time...3 days. It makes me think it's a bigger issue. I suppose you'll encounter dimished returns by throwing more engineers at the problem. but not good having a great product that is unreliable. I had a presentation today and I was building it in Paper...1. it slowed me down considerably 2. no offline mode - prevented me from continuing my work 3. didn't look good when I'm trying to sell the usage of this product to my team at large.

I understand that people are annoyed about this, but there are a couple of points to bear in mind:
1. As far as Iâm aware, Dropbox Paper is still in Beta. You canât expect perfection. It shouldnât be used for critical data without alternative backup.
2. If you have Dropbox Paper on your iPad or other deviceâs app, you can still use it. It just wonât reliably synchronise.

You Dropbox people claim that this issue is solved. Unfortunately I have to tell you that it ainât. Still losing connection *all the time*. Itâs impossible to work!
