File Explorer crashes on dropboxfiles in Windows 11 after update Windows
Windows File Explorer crashes every time I acess the Dropbox folder. It does not crash in any other folder. Here's a few more details...

Have you tried restarting your device by any chance?
If I were you, I'd temporarily disable any antivirus or security programs on my computer too. And then reinstall the Dropbox application, just to see if that test will work.

Apart from Avast Free Antivirus and Windows Defender, I don't think so

Hi kingfisher41, I hope it’s OK if I jump in, too.
Is it possible to temporarily disable the antivirus programs you have on your computer and try to open the local Dropbox folder once again? Are you still having the same issue?

The problem persists with both antivirus and Windows Defender turned off
