Hi Hannah, I'm actually referring to the dropbox product 'dropbox.com/transfer' 

We do not want to be able to share files to the outside world out of our main dropbox storage so we have been using this product.  But there does not appear to be a way to manage it from an admin standpoint.

Thanks for the clarification, ar1zona1!

While there are no settings in your admin console regarding Transfer, you can manage your team's transfers and view their activity, by following the steps here.

If you have any feature requests regarding Transfer, you're welcome to take a look at Emma's tips first and then post your own idea for other users to up-vote.
