How can I remove myself from the Beta program?
the opt out option in the settings does not work I need somebody on the dropbox side to turn it off!!!!!!!!!!! I have installed the stable version a million times and it keeps updating to the beta. ...

10 months agoHey psychomaniac189, I'd love to do so, but I don't have the appropriate tools here in the Community.
I'm just asking for more info, because I need to make sure we're on the same page here and that we've exhausted all the necessary troubleshooting.
Did you try the steps that Rich provided in the other thread that you've posted? If so, then do you see the same results?
If this doesn't work either, I can reach out via email in order for us to have a closer look into this.

I posted yesterday but i guess it didnt sick? so far so good compared to what rich posted. ill give it another few days. and reply back and if it works I'll go to that thread and mark it as solved. okay?
