How can I sync my Dropbox files to the new Mac device I got?

I recently migrated my data from a macbookpro OS12.5, to a MacbookAir 14.6 M3. Now I can still find all my files and folders online using Safari, but the computer dropbox app is black. There are no files or folders in it. 

 

In my macbookpro, all the dropbox files and folders were online only to save space in the HD. 

 

How can I sync my old dropbox  files to my new computer? I still want to keep them all online only, so I do not want the data on my computer, only the index of what is available.
