Dropbox Paper is one option. You can find the official guide for it here, but there are also plenty of unofficial tutorials on Youtube.

I am in the prosses of job hunting and need to make a resume for the first time.  Also, I need to know how I can retrieve the file once it's completed.

This is a community forum for help with the Dropbox Paper app, not how to make a resume.  I would recommend searching the term 'how to make a resume'.

    hope this helps
