To manually change files to online-only in the Dropbox desktop app:

3 years agoHi alokprasad19, just for clarification, are you sharing the account credentials with another user, or is it another user on the Dropbox Business team?
Is this a company-managed device? Have you installed the Dropbox desktop application with admin privileges?

Is the desktop app running in your taskbar? If so, is it 'up to date' or still syncing perhaps?
