I can't access chat support, how can I fix this?
I can't access help chat now --- it seems my cookie settings are at fault --- how do I fix this?

Could you try logging into Dropbox on an incognito/private browsing browser to see if this helps?

no still broken --- private window did not help

I think this is a bit over kill --- I download a (new) browser ( duck-duck-go), I never used it for anything and the first thing I did was to login to dropbox.com --- when I got connected the (new) browser asked me if I would except cookies and I said yes --- I then tried to chat and got the same screen that is in the photo
