I can't access chat support, how can I fix this?

I can't access   help chat now ---  it seems my cookie settings are at fault --- how do I fix this?

I think  this is a bit over kill --- I download a (new) browser ( duck-duck-go),  I never used it for anything and the  first thing I did was to  login to  dropbox.com ---  when I  got connected the (new)   browser asked me if I would except cookies and I said yes ---  I then tried to chat and  got the same screen that is in the photo

Where is  the  testing at dropbox.com before new changes are put into production

    Hey Frank P E. ,

     

    We are currently having an outage with our chat module, but we're all hands on deck to fix this! 

    In the meantime, you can still email the support team on www.dropbox.com/support. 

    Apologies, and we'll keep you posted once it's fixed.

      thanks for that update --- I  already email'ed  support  about this chat issue --- with screen shots that you all like so much
