I see an "Unknown error, please contact Dropbox support.” error while logging in to my Android app.
Application Affected

Question or Issue
When I try to log in to the Dropbox app on my Android phone, I get the same error no matter what I choose — either “Sign in with Google” or by typing my email and password. The error says: “Unknown error, please contact Dropbox support.”
I’ve also tried “Email me a sign-in link,” but I still get the same message.
I can log in just fine using a web browser on my phone or computer; the issue only happens in the app.
I already deleted the app, cleared the cache, and erased all Dropbox data, but nothing has worked.
I even opened a ticket with Dropbox support, but no solution yet. I’m paying for a subscription, but I can’t use the app — really frustrating!

This is the error what I got. I am using Android OS, it is the latest I mean is up to date.
I used to open it on this same phone, no errors before. I got the issue around 5 months ago, opened a ticket in support, no luck and I still getting the same problem, no fixed yet. - Nancy4 months ago

Do you mind uploading a screenshot of the error message you mention, just so that we can have a visual?
Other than that, can you clarify the OS version of your Android device?
Were you able to normally access the Dropbox mobile app in the past, or is this the first time you tried to log in on the specific device?
As for your ticket, I've managed to locate it in our system and left an internal note for our support team to see, as well.
