I'm sending a document to be signed, but the user doesn't get notified

When I add a signor on my doc, the signor does not get notified. Also once I close the doc and come back to the page, then I don't see the signor on my page anymore. Can someone help me with this issue?

Welcome to our Community, knnnn! Hope you’re well.

Can you clarify a few things on the issue? For example, are you sending a document to be signed, and the signer doesn’t get a notification? If yes, are you using Dropbox Sign or the Signatures tab on your Dropbox account?

Is the issue that you're sharing a file perhaps and the end user doesn't get the invitation?

Feel free to send me a screenshot as well of what you see after closing the document, and I’ll have a look.

Let me know when you’re ready.

Yes, the signer does not get a notification to sign and I'm using the Signature tab on my Dropbox account. When I share a document, people get the notification but when I uses the signature tab and add people as a signer, he does not get a notification.

So, is this happening for certain users, or all users that receive a sign request via the Signatures page?

Have they checked their spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com to their email contacts?

Finally, do you know if they happen to have Dropbox accounts of their own?

It's happening to all users that receive a sign request via the Signatures page.

When they check the spam accounts, they have not received any emails from dropbox.

And yes - they have their own dropbox account.

    Hey knnnn!

Could you check this article and let me know if it helped? You can always share it with the rest of the users and signers.

If this doesn't work, then would it be OK if I reach out via email to have a further look internally at this point?
