Installed the app, but when I click on the icon nothing happens.
Hi...
I've got a new laptop & downloaded DBx to install - which it appears to do
But when I click on the icon nothing happens & there is no folder on my hard drive
Help !

So, from what I understand it sounds like the app is installed at the moment, it's just the icon that's unresponsive, right?
Do you have any antivirus/firewall that could be blocking your access to the Dropbox app?

Well normally there is a folder on my HD right?
So yes it install the app I assume or at least a pretty little icon but nothing else
I'll have a look at the firewall

I've had this problem for over a year, I resorted to manual backups/uploads but it's very tedious. I'd like to sort it before my subscription becomes due again for obvious reasons!
