Installing Dropbox on new Microsoft Surface Pro is failing
I’m trying to install Dropbox and it stops in all different fazes of the download. Pushing Retry over and over.
Hey JuanaM, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May I ask if you're trying to install the Dropbox for S mode on Windows or the regular desktop app?

I installed the S version from the windows store but it would not transfer data onto an app I need on the surface pro. So I uninstalled that and tried to download the standard version.

Hey JuanaM!
Were you able to download and install the desktop app via this link or are you still experiencing issues?

When I downloaded the provided link it said that it was not compatible with this device. I just retried it. Same.

Hi there, JuanaM.
Can you check that your device has all the correct system requirements for the Dropbox app to be installed?
