Is there an update on Mac online-only thumbnails finally showing up?
I have not been able to get this solved but heard there might be an update for it. Anyone using Mac for work like I am?

Hello Nancy,
nothing has been fixed as far as I can tell. In native Mac Finder I cannot see any online-only thumbs, and in the web Dropbox file explorer I can see .psd thumbs but not .psb.
I appreciate your assistance, however, I was just curious to find out if there has been some recent development on this by the Dropbox team. I can provide all the necessary details about my setup, but if there is no update on the issue by the devs then what is the purpose?

I’m afraid that we don’t have a specific update to share here on the forum.
If you wish though, we can log a new ticket for you and send this over to our specialists, so that you can continue the troubleshooting with them from where you left off last time (I had a look into our system and could locate your previous ticket).
