My desktop app says "waiting to be linked to a Dropbox account"
我也是前几天好好的 昨天突然不能同步了 估计是官方出问题了?

我的计算机版本如题 我今天9.00左右发现我的dropbox 无法同步了 猜测是从昨天下午开始无法同步的 我有 VPN、杀毒软件 我之前一直能同步 近期没对vpn和杀毒做任何更改操作 我那个时候能打开dropbox官网 这个时候我尝试了我的虚拟机可以打开dropbox进行同步 猜测应该不是我网络的问题 我今天上午对dropbox进行了卸载 重新安装 然后 再次登录dropbox 但是这次登录的时候很卡 还是出现了很长时间等待与dropbox进行关联 并且我登录了2次 才登录成功 这个是细节 如果dropbox在我本地有日志文件 我可以提供

另外,能否暂时禁用你的杀毒软件和 VPN 程序,重启设备,然后告诉我之后是否一切正常?

Just to make sure I haven’t misunderstood anything, can you clarify if you can still access the Dropbox website, along with all of your files?Other than that, can you temporarily disable your antivirus and VPN programs, restart your device, and let me know if everything works normally after that?
