Need help migrating Dropbox file structure from Win 10 to new Win 11 PC

You should never move the Dropbox folder manually. There's an option within Preferences to move the Dropbox folder to a new location. When moving the folder, select the location where you want the Dropbox folder to be located under. If you want it to be F:\Dropbox, select F:\ and the Dropbox folder will be created automatically.
