New linux version fail
The stock app has been trying to sync on my Ubuntu 23.04 LTS installation for about 5 days. Some files are there but many are missing. I thought perhaps the solution would be to compile the app spe...

What kind of sources are you trying to configure? I just took a look in the history and, as far as I can see, the last version that depends on pygtk stays back at year 2018. Try something newer, as sources.
Or better try the deb package from the end of previous (2022) year.

Add: By the way, just to avoid confusion, those sources are not for the actual application! The application is Dropbox proprietary closed source software. The sources you're trying to compile form the Nautilus plugin that lets Dropbox sync status to be visible in Nautilus file browser, nothing more. If this plugin is missing, you can't see per file sync status, but application work cannot be affected in any way! If something is going wrong with the application itself and not how the sync process appears in Nautilus, better try find exactly what's wrong in advance, before continue do something meaningless.
