Offline files not available in iOS app.

For the last few days my offline files have been unavailable in my IOS apps (iphone and ipad). Every time I try to access them I get the yellow triangle saying refresh update. I connect to wifi ...

How large are the files you're trying to offline?
Also, does this only happen with shared files or files in a shared folder? I'm asking because the yellow exclamation point means that a newer version of your content is available.
Just to clarify, do you get the âfailed to downloadâ error, after tapping on the yellow question mark icon next to the files you want to make offline?
Also, as a test, Iâd like you to follow these steps and let me know if youâre still having an issue after that.
