Pop-up message that someone shared a link with me on the mobile app on both iOS and Android

No, there's no notification on bell icon, and this happens just on mobile.
And yes, I've tried before and many times to uninstall an re-install and nothing works.

Just to confirm, can you please go to this page, to make sure the file in question doesn't appear in your shared files?
