3 years agoHi Crazy-TheRealOne, on the link my colleague posted, there is an option for an offline installer.
Please could you choose that option to reinstall the app to see if this helps?

I have the same problem. I have tried using offline installers for both 32 and 64-bits, as well as the online installer. Still error-code 0x80004002
