Screenshot / Printscreen not being saved on dropbox file
I have been using dropbox for years now and it's been the best for saving screenshots. However in recent years it started to not save them, and many times i had to manually copy and paste them to paint so i could save them.
I only managed to understand why this was happening in the past few months. As far as I noticed and have tested, the recent app version doesn't save the screenshot to the file, when you press the Printscreen button while running anything on FULL SCREEN MODE.
I have tested this in games, powerpoint presentations, navigator streaming and video programs. If any of these are in Fullscreen mode the dropbox app does not save the file.
I have tried to search for a solution here, but I could not find any...
has anyone experienced this? Is there any solution? How do I contact the App support team?
it may seems a 'silly' problem, but it's very annoying and even distrustful sometimes, when you need for it to be reliable saving what you need in a hurry (specially while playing games)
please help :<
edit: i run the app on Windows 10. already reset the windows and installed everything... already updated every thing... this hapens in other computers as well.

Hi jaycabr, thanks for posting here!
Interesting finds you got going on there! I would like for you to locate your Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi and hover your mouse over it.
That should give you the version of the app you're using. Can you let me know more?
Also, does this happen when you try to take a screenshot from any program you use, and all file types?
