Separate 'Get Instant Link' feature from Screenshots Backup

Recently I've noticed that "get a link instantly so you can share screenshots and screen recorindgs in a snap" has been added to the Dropbox Screenshot organisation feature (on MacOS), where screenshots are moved to a screenshots folder in Dropbox.

This is very annoying because I both want to have the screenshots moved to my dropbox folder but I do not want to have the link generated and takeover whatever was in my clipboard!

Hey there, thetranslator, welcome to our Community!

Would you mind clarifying the OS you're using, along with the Dropbox version that you have installed on your device?

If you could also send me a screenshot of the message you see about the "link" when you take a screenshot or screen-recording on your device, that'd be wonderful.

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    Hi,

    I'm using 12.6.8

I'm not sure how this will help but there you go.
