Someone is working on your shared file alert not working
Hi all!
My dropbox alert when someone is editing the shared file is not popping out anymore. Before, whenever I am editing a shared file, an alert would pop out on the right hand side saying that XXX is editing the file so I would just message the person that I'm using it. Now, it won't let me know anymore and the only way I will find out is when there is a conflicting copy or when I realize that my previous edits were not saved.
How do we fix this?
Thank you.

Hi Megan, can I get the email address where I will send this issue to?
Thank you.

Not to worry, ksl0588, I just sent you an email myself, so we'll continue working on your issue there. 🙂

Hannah,
Our company is having the same issue with the badge telling of other users not working. Do you happen to remember the resolution to this problem?
