The first time you open the window after the update you would have received a popup explaining that sync history and activity were combined into a single list. Perhaps you dismissed it quickly like I almost did.
So instead of seeing any kind of progress ...
The list still shows shows sync progress along with a list of all files that have synced. I've masked personal information, but each file listed was displaying the recent sync activity for that file, as well as the progress and size for the file that was currently syncing.

I have that, but it doesn't actually have recent changes. I know I've made newer changes but it's stuck showing changes from a week a go. Even though there are other files more recently changed and created.

jp213, what’s the current syncing status of your Dropbox app, as well as its app version? I’d also like to know the OS version of your device to check this further.
