The Dropbox service prevents a proper reboot on Arch Linux
When shutting down or rebooting the system, the shutdown process stalls on unmounting filesystems under /run/shutdown/mounts/..., specifically paths related to Dropbox. Example log entries:

Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox service on your device to see if this helps?

Yes, I have removed and reinstalled again (both AUR and flatpak). Only I was successful, when I stopped (killed) dropbox (with btop/htop). I have attached screenshot of reboot process for your reference.
