The mobile app is crashing on my S25 Ultra Android.

Question or Issue Android app crashing on s25ultra. Phone sent a message saying this and to put it in deep sleep. The dropbox app has not been working well with word

    It's working but still getting messages saying the app is running and put it into deep sleep when It's not open  in my open apps drawer.

      Does this persist after clearing the app's cache and/or completely uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox mobile app on your phone dluptonmd?
