''Turn on accessibility'' box is popping up on my computer

Damned ''Turn on accessibility  This box keeps popping up on my computer!  It won't go away no matter which box I click on in it!  I end up having to turn my computer off and back on to get rid of it...

/////My computer is macOS Catalina version 10.15.7  Will try ti dk a screen capture later.
