Unable to install desktop app. "Your computer is currently offline. Please check your settings."
Unable to install desktop app on Windows 11. It had been working but then it stopped syncing.
I uninstalled and tried to reinstall but get the error message "Your computer is currently offline. Please check your network settings".
I have tried everything from previous advice, run as an administrator, advanced uninstall/ reinstall and downloaded the offline version which still had the same internet error.
I get the error message at the beginning before any other questions, such as file location.
I've wasted hours on this, about to just give up and use something else.
TIA

Hey Rett, sorry to see you're having this issue.
Is it possible that you have a security app, like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, proxy, etc., that might be interfering with the Dropbox app?
Feel free to also have a look at Sam's post right here, and make sure you've checked all the parameters.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Tried all of the above options, I spent hours trying to fix. Not worth it, I won't trust now anyway.
