Unable to update to Dropbox for File Provider

I am unable to a configure dropbox to work with MacOS File Provider.  I am running MacOS 13.6.3 and have the latest version of dropbox.  On the Sync tab of the preferences Under Dropbox for File Provider it says I am not eligible for the upgrade.  My Dropbox contains some file types that are not supported.

I have been through the support article about Dropbox for File Provider and it says that Logic Pro, Final Cut, and photo library files are not supported.  I did have a lot of Logic Pro files in my dropbox but I have removed all of them now.  I don't have either of the other unsupported file types, but this message hasn't changed.

Is there anything I can do to get this to work?

    Welcome aboard our Community, Limitedheadroom

Did you quit/relaunch the Dropbox app, and it still says you’re ineligible for the update?

What’s the app version you’re seeing at the moment?

Can you also send me a screenshot of the message you see on your Sync tab?

    Keep me in the loop.

    Hi,  thanks for helping.

See attached screen grab of the sync tab.  I have quit & restarted the dropbox app, and also restarted the computer more than once since removing all the Logic Pro files from my dropbox.

    I see dropbox v190.4.6383

I also sure I must have fewer than the 300,000 files that will prevent it from syncing to File Provider, but just to be sure, I also tried removing most folders from syncing to this computer, restarted and it still wouldn't do it.

Thanks for the additional info! Did you check the syncing status of your Dropbox app, and it’s currently up to date?

Fully synced, saying all files are up to date, and showing no sync errors.

Hi Limitedheadroom, I'd recommend getting in contact with the support team directly for them to investigate this matter in more detail.
