What is DropboxOEM?

I'm on Windows 10. I never used the Dropbox app, and this file Appdata/Roaming/DropboxOEM has 20 gigabytes of data in it. I want to know what data Dropbox is putting on my computer.

Hi AA58, thanks for messaging the Community!

This sounds like a version of the Dropbox desktop application pre-installed on your machine when you bought it.

Is this on a laptop by any chance, since they usually provide these versions of the Dropbox app with promotional quota available?

This will help me to assist further!

Dropbox was pre-installed but it shouldn't take 20 entire gigabytes of space for a basic cloud storage application.

Hey AA58, sorry to jump in here, but could you post a screenshot of where you're spotting this exactly?
