Yes, I've tried all of the above multiple times. I'll try the advanced reinstall now.

Hey DR ATL!
It might sound trivial, but have you also tried re-starting your device at all?
Also, did you relaunch your Finder using the steps that Nancy provided earlier at her response?
If this doesn't work either, please try following these steps for an advanced reinstall too.
I'll be waiting for your update!

Version is v221.453.5365. Syncing status indicates 'Your files are up to date'

DR ATL, can you clarify the current syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app?
Please also make sure to relaunch your Finder this way, if you haven’t already.

JaySame issue for me as well and I've tried reaching out to support and no luck with a resolution. I'm running a Macbook Pro M4 2024. All OS is up-to-date. I'm tried re-installing Dropbox desktop app and still doesn't work. Additionally, when I re-installed, it also reset all my files to Zero bytes so in order to attach them to emails, I have to first go into my Finder to open the file before it shows the correct number of bytes. It's very frustrating.
Anything you can do to help? Thanks

Hi wolf Gottlieb , thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is the Dropbox desktop application running and syncing normally in the menu bar?
What version of the app are you running?
Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing in Finder when right clicking a file?
