Win 11 Dropbox errors on login, stuck on and failed loading
I was able to login through websites fine but I can not login to the Desktop Dropbox application which i downloaded from your website, it led me to the website login after success, it led back to the drop box application but stuck on the loading page, after a few seconds, it gave error message saying: login was interrupted, try again. I have tried thousands of time. I also tried to download from microsoft store and this application gave error message saying I am not connected to the internet. But I am totally fine browsing every websites. I have tried for one day, could anyone help me out please. many thanks

Hey chococarrot- sorry to hear about this.
Can you please reboot your computer, disable any antivirus, firewall and/or VPN/proxy setting you may be running on your computer and try installing the desktop app anew from this page directly using the offline installer?
If you're on the Basic plan, also make sure that you have no more than 3 devices connected to your account as you might hit the device limit.

The solution dowsn't work.
I am unable to clear all the data from the computer.

I'm assuming that you have the same issue as the OP mentioned initially, is that correct?
When you mention about "clearing all the data from the computer" do you mean wiping the device from your security settings?
If so, can you clarify the error message you get when you try to do so?
