Attaching files from Dropbox in Outlook mobile app doesn't show full results.
I'm using outlook app on Android phone.
When I try to add an attachment from Dropbox, (from going "Attach a file" then in "Other locations" selecting Dropbox) the list of files it shows me is not c...

1 year agoHey zoe m, yes that could be the culprit there.
You could try exporting the file from the Dropbox app locally, and then attaching it to the email that way.

I've just tried it through the gmail app too and it still doesnt work correctly. But yes workaround is to locate the file in Dropbox app and export it and reattach it. Bit messy but it works. Thanks for the help.

Would you be able to send me a couple of screenshots of the content you see on your end, when trying to attach files from Dropbox?
Also, when did this start happening?

In Outlook I see different folders when trying to open dropbox to attach file, which are not currentFolders shown to me when trying to attach from dropbox
