Just create a PST file in Outlook and store it in your local Dropbox folder. Just know that it will only sync when Outlook is closed, and under no circumstances should you try to open the PST file in Outlook on multiple computers at the same time (conflicted copies would occur). Once your PST file is created, use the AutoArchive function in Outlook and point it to your new PST file.
