Cannot save attachments of encrypted Outlook Mails via Add-in
Hi!
Attachments of cncrypted Mails in Outlook cannot be transmitted to my dropbox via the Dropbox Outlook Addin.
The spinner keeps spinning and nothing happens.
As I possess the private key to these encrypted mails i dont see the reason why this should not be working.
Does anybody have the same problem and tell me what the problem might be?
Thx

Thanks for reaching out today, stephanmo.
Does this only happen with attachments of encrypted emails and does the add-in work well otherwise?
Do you see the same behavior when trying this from a different browser/private browsing window?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Only Happens for encrypted Mails.
Use it in Outlook Desktop Version.

Hey stephanmo, sorry to jump in here, but could you send us a couple of screenshots of the steps you take along with the screen you get stuck on so that we can have a visual too?

Hi Walter, here are some visuals,
First screenshot shows mail with active dropbox addin -> Here I click on "Speichern (save)"
Second screenshot shows what happens immediately after I clicked the save button.
Third and fourth screenshot shows network traffic -> check_job_status says "in progress"

Hey stephanmo, sorry for the tardy response; are you still having issues with this?
In case you do, would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally?
