Dropbox Sign - How can I change email of signers?

I sent a document, but they no longer have access to that email and want it sent to their new email; I can't see an option to update an email?   There are multiple signers on the document, and don't ...

This article says you can "edit all aspects of a pending signature request after it’s been sent" by using the "edit and resend" in the dropdown on a pending signature request, but my dropdown only has Download, Preview, Send Reminder and Cancel Request. Why?
